
James is the Chairman of ADRevolution and CEO of the Adams Strategy Group which provides strategic planning, direction and advice to the private sector and government agencies. He was the CEO of United Press International and the founder, Chairman and CEO of iDEFENSE a cyber-intelligence organization with clients in the intelligence community, the government and Fortune 100 companies. He is a former Managing Editor of the London Sunday Times and a former member of the National Security Agency’s Advisory Board. He is the author of 14 bestselling books on terrorism, intelligence and covert warfare.
He is married to Renee and has two daughters, Ella and Grace. He lives on a ranch in Ashland, Oregon where he keeps bees, chickens, cattle and runner ducks. He is an enthusiastic member of the Ashland Rowing Club.

Brian Magierski is the Chief Development Officer at nGenera Corporation (www.nGenera.com).
Brian is an experienced entrepreneur and startup executive in the area of software and Web services targeted at enterprises. He co-founded Kalivo, an Enterprise 2.0 collaboration Software-as-a-Service provider, and served as its President and CEO before nGenera acquired the company. Brian was also the co-founder, Chairman and CEO of iMark.com, Inc., a business-to-business Web marketplace for trading surplus goods that sold to FreeMarkets for $340 million. In 2000, he placed as a finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award in Austin, TX and is currently a member of the advisory council for Cornell University's entrepreneurship program, Entrepreneurship@Cornell (www.eship.com).

Andrew is ADRevolution's CEO and Founder. He is also the company's chief software architect, and the inventor of its proprietary Natural Intelligence Marketing Engine (NIME).
Andrew developed his first robust software solution while still in high school in Ashland, Oregon. Andrew created a proprietary eCommerce transaction management system, similar to MIVA Merchant. He worked with small and medium-sized businesses to help them integrate their business operations and financial management with his online shopping platform.

Conny is an attorney practicing in the firm of Wilson & Varner, L.L.P. and she is outsourced general counsel and corporate secretary for ADRevolution. Her practice includes corporate and other business matters and she represents both publicly traded and privately held technology companies.
Conny earned a Bachelor of Accounting from Florida International University in Miami Florida and her J.D. from the University of Houston. She is licensed to practice law in Texas and is a licensed CPA in Texas as well. While in law school, as well as following graduation, Conny worked as a consultant for the Mergers and Acquisitions group of Arthur Anderson LLP in Houston.
In 1999, Conny moved to Austin to practice with the local office of the California-based technology law firm of Gunderson Dettmer Stough Villeneuve Franklin & Hachigian, LLP. After leaving Gunderson, she formed her own firm and during that time began representing ADRevolution as outsourced general counsel. After leaving private practice to become the Securities and Investments Counsel for Employees Retirement System of Texas for a little over one year, Conny entered back into private practice at the end of 2007 and again started representing ADRevolution.
Conny is married to Glenn and they have two daughters, six year old Sarah and three year old Samantha. They also have two dogs, a Brittany Spaniel named Abby and a Yorkie mix who needed a good home named Max. In her spare time – who are we kidding, she has no spare time with a full time practice and two small kids!
