ADRevolution has gone to great lengths to go above and beyond U.S. federal email guidelines. We are members of several accreditation organizations which perform rigorous audits of our email, legal, business and technical policies, processes and procedures.

Habeas is a principal leader in providing solutions to help legitimate email get delivered. Habeas has "safe listed" our email practices under their highest tier of accreditation. We hold the Habeas Sender Certification which is a best practices audit and certification program for senders of legitimate email.

We’re LashBack Network Certified. LashBack is a noted authority on email unsubscribe reputation and automation. This certification allows monitoring and enforcing email unsubscribe best practices.

One of ADRevolution's principal properties received the TRUSTe Email Privacy Seal. ADRevolution underwent a thorough multi-month investigation process in order to receive this highly valued accreditation. TRUSTe examined ADRevolution’s reputation, email practices and email collection processes with a fine tooth comb, and as a result, TRUSTe determined that ADRevolution properly adheres to the strictest requirements to protect consumer privacy.

We are members of the Email Sender and Provider Coalition (ESPC), an association of industry professionals working to combat the proliferation of spam and the emerging problem of email deliverability.The ESPC was formed in 2002 in response to leading marketers' and email service providers' desire to preserve email as a legitimate marketing channel and to protect it from the threat of unscrupulous marketing practitioners. The ESPC promotes standards and policies that reward responsible email marketing and helps the long-term growth and viability of the industry.
