Management Team

Andrew Westmoreland - CEO and Founder

Andrew is ADRevolution's CEO and Founder. He is also the company's chief software architect, and the inventor of its proprietary Natural Intelligence Marketing Engine (NIME).
Andrew developed his first robust software solution while still in high school in Ashland, Oregon. Andrew created a proprietary eCommerce transaction management system, similar to MIVA Merchant. He worked with small and medium-sized businesses to help them integrate their business operations and financial management with his online shopping platform. In working with these businesses, he saw a common thread among their needs: They always wanted more traffic (and thus sales) from high quality sources. This common need is what spurred an investigation into where his clients could find more high quality traffic from sources other than Google and Overture. After seeing the power and scalability of digital media, he decided to build and fund ADRevolution.
Andrew is passionate about building bridges between cutting edge technologies and consumer demand. He is also passionate in his belief that a paradigm shift toward customer-centrism in online marketing will spur the creation of large markets. ADRevolution is leading this shift.
Outside of business, Andrew has two Basset hounds, Ari and Matilda. He finds time when he can for music, including playing bass and keyboard. Andrew is an avid fan of R.E.M., and will engage anyone in discussion and debate regarding who is the best rock band ever.

Sandra Kaso - Director, Finance & Administration

Every high technology business - especially a start up - needs a voice of stability and sanity that keeps the business and its people on track. Sandra Kaso is exactly that voice for ADRevolution. She's seen it all before as a Controller and Vice-President for Finance and Operations in start ups around the Austin area in the booming years as well as tough times. She was also Operations Manager of the Austin Technology Council which gave her a bird's eye view of the triumphs and disasters.
She brought this wealth of experience to ADRevolution at the end of 2007 just as it became clear that ADR was ramping up the hockey stick and needed some practical experience at the financial helm. She was excited about the prospect of getting in early to a company which she saw had a terrific future and the opportunity of applying all the hard learned lessons. As well as managing the company's finances, Sandra oversees the accounting and administration departments and also manages HR, which means she fills the pipeline with all the talented people that ADR is hiring each month and makes sure that once they arrive, they live and love the culture.
Sandra came to ADR from Bridgepoint Consulting where she was acting as Controller for various start up companies. Prior to that, she was Vice-President of Finance and Operations at CMIT Solutions, an IT solutions franchisor with over 100 franchisees in the US.

Outside of the office, Sandra is raising two sons who are very active in various sports. Her oldest son Nicholas is an expert in BMX racing and has been ranked 4th in the state of Texas. Her youngest Anthony is an avid soccer and basketball player. Sandra takes time each year to travel; her favorite place being the tropics.
